Business Outlook
Pros
Really makes an effort to show care for workers. Company trips for team building really do contribute to a feeling of belonging. I always enjoyed working here.
Cons
Always judged against Japanese salaryman working norms. Anything short of 60h/week (salary) is seen as poor dedication to the company. The Glass Ceiling (for non-Japanese) isn't without holes, but it does require conforming with Japanese ideals.
