- ICs are quite talented and helpful. Opportunity to work with smart, fun people. - Still seen as a good company to work for externally.

Cons

- Culture is the worst I've seen from over a decade in this industry. - No work / life balance due to high growth expectations combined with leadership thrashing projects much more than you see at other companies. - Leadership acknowledges burnout...but that's it. Acknowledge and move on is what they provide. - Common practice to be brutally honest without regard for people's hard work. It's seen as some badge of honor. Mostly across OGs in the company.
