Higher Management is toxic, laying people off in secret, too much tom-foolery going on, no clear vision to what they want, useless updates, having FAANG look over employees and having them as a priority, you can't give feedback without being reported to HR

The projects are fun and collaborative, and co-workers are friendly, every day brings a new challenge, most of them engaging. Great benefits, and flexible work hours.

Cons

Management is terrible and silences every worker unless they listen to every word management says and does not speak out about issues. Opinions are often glossed over or even recorded as misuse of speech.
