Ensittifying internally and externally. Lots of people in leadership positions with vocal opinions who do not understand the end users or how our product works. Thrash central. Quiet “layoffs”. Kudos given to people working nights and weekends. Verizon banner ads in the app now. New CEO is a reflection but not the cause of all of this, though he may be making it worse.
