In addition to competitive pay we also offer benefits like 401(k) matching in the U.S., four weeks of PTO, 14+ paid holidays, flexible sick time (which includes mental health days), up to $20,000 for gender-affirming care, a quarterly stipend for wellness activities, and up to $1,000/year in donation matching to charitable organizations.
