      Pros

      Company experiencing success and growing fast yet responsibly. Everyone seems to value inclusivity highly. Internal teams are top tier. Tools teams to support engineering, IT to handle hardware and provisioning, people ops teams to handle employee needs. Leadership and communications are thoughtful and responsive. Much of the tech is mature, practical and well designed. Departmental presentations are routinely impressive. All hands is honest and direct. Benefits are fantastic. Salaries are competitive.

      Pros

      I love my team at Discord. Everyone is super kind, respectful, and works really hard. We all see the value in working collaboratively and getting to where we want/need to go. Benefits and Perks are amazing! It shows they truly care about the wellbeing of our employees.

      Cons

      The company was provided a summer break (1 week) in 2021, and given the volume of work and growth the company is experiencing, I think it would be beneficial to provide a similar break to our employees. I know this is a very nice to have, but it would really improve employee engagement.
