Benefits are good and that's it.

Cons

Are the latest 5 star reviews fake? Maybe not. But the internal culture is drowning. More layoffs and teams don't know what their job is or will be. Toxic leadership is incompetent and afraid to lose their own jobs. Astoundingly political. The culture is losing its way no matter how much people try and speak up. There is no accountability for leaders' poor decisions but only accountability for the ICs stuck with the work.
