Pros
Pay is ok for young kids in high school. Stores give service techs the least amount of hours possible, usually not enough to pay bills.
Cons
Not enough hours scheduled. Stores limit the number of hours for all techs through out the week so the manager gets his bigger quarterly bonus from store profit. Techs are constantly told how to do their jobs by all managers even though many techs have been employed with the company longer than the managers. Big power struggled from uneducated managers.
