Repetitive laborious work, great bonus's and good employee discounts
Pros
It was one of those jobs that the work is rough but if you are surrounded by the right people it can be a nice place to work. youre also able to do rotation and balancing to your own vehicle for free, and get a nice discount on wheels/tires If youre a service tech (basic position) you rarely have to talk with customers. you have your task and you just do it.
Cons
long hours 730-615pm store hours are 8-6pm but you have alot of people who will show up at 5:59pm and want 4 new tires which takes at least 20-25 minutes. they switch out managers alot. Can be a good or bad thing, in my case bad, cause i liked my original crew. there usually isnt a half day or just a 5-6 hour work day, you get pretty filthy and it is tiring work especially during summer.
