      Pros

      I worked here for over a year and a half. At first it was kinda rocky. Covid just hit/ busy store with a lousy manager and it took a while to get things going. But they do hire from within and I was promoted to full time in about 9 months. They have an awesome culture and have a huge percent of the market, so work is almost always busy. The job can get demanding, and while I was there, needed to be paid more to support myself independently so I ended up moving on to do so. Always thought about going back tho which says a lot about their culture.

      Cons

      Work life balance is hard. The job can be physically demanding and your not always dealing with customers at their best, so burnouts are common.

      Weekly paychecks. Okay health insurance.

      Cons

      They are making everyone Return to Office four days a week. This is all based on control and there is not enough desks and parking. The Executives do not care about anyone and are greedy. Everyone is asked to cut expenses, while they take expensive trips and support a software program that is broken and over budget by millions. If you are a woman, don’t ever expect to get promoted. Cult like behavior and don’t ever say anything about the family or founder.
