They take a good amount of time to train you and its a good way to gain experience working on the field.

Cons

Very busy, you work form car after car and your coworkers try to rush you sometimes because it can get stressful.

Pay Is good starting out. Hours are great, they close at 6 and closed Sundays. Good benefits, 401k, bonus at the end of the year

Can be a stressful job, problems with management sometimes

Great coworkers, learned a lot about tires and cars, worked around schedule well and every Sunday was off plus one more day

Cons

Physical, on feet most of day fast paced, no hours in winter, have to be part time and move to sales to become full time
