      Pros

      working there for as long as i did (5 years ) the crew started felling like a family i liked how the company promotes from within

      Cons

      once you get promoted full time you will work over 50 hours a week and since you are on salary you will not be making much more money the company was doing great in the 90s and early 2000s but growth has slowed down and "the dream" of owning your own store will come at the expense of managers not making the unit goals and getting demoted,
