      Flexible hours Good pay and structured raises Part-time benefits available Can be a very fun work environment at times

      Cons

      You work outside, so it's hot in the summer and cold in the winter It's retail, so expect to work Saturdays and until 7 or 8 some nights Working with 20-30 high school/college age guys can get a little frustrating at times The work environment can be very unprofessional at times

      Pros

      Awesome benefits, best I have ever had. Company outings, get paid to play washers and drink beer. Company picnics, twice a year bonuses.

      Cons

      Hard work, especially if you work in the bay area. Time limits on getting cars finished. Annoying customers that know the system, and complain about you just to get free stuff. Politics as to how people get promoted, too much deadwood working there.
