      Very good WLB and culture, not great pay

      Pros

      Great people and culture, flexible with rotating teams. Newish tech stack, 5 weeks pto to start with no restrictions and 8% 401k with 5% put in. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Low pay, 3 days in office, some internal dependencies can take a long time to resolve.
