Pros

Promotions, feedback, learning something new, creating new ideals, and department shadowing

Cons

Pay is low until you get promoted to a department with a slight pay increase, nonstop on the phone and digital chatting, constantly monitor your computer to make sure your not doing any work avoidance

Pros

Work from home, most customers are pleasant, great TL, and give you a sign on bonus

Cons

Takes forever to get your sign on pay, they love to micromanage, don't pay nearly enough for this role, training could be better

Pros

I think this company does give a good amount of PTO and access to The Hartford for medical emergencies. they handle illness well with a team of support and ample time off to recover. They do try to impliment a good team enviroment

Cons

They are a large company so unless you make a lot of noise you will not be noticed. Their trainers and team leads are hit or miss and many do not have the knowledge, the skills or the time to really help when you get into a tight spot with a customer
