They recently opened a satellite office in Downtown Chicago by the Merchandise Mart. Employees can work there a few days a week which really helps to alleviate the pains of commuting if you live in the city! With any large corporation, there tends to be a lot of red tape. Discover is no exception. There are a lot of approvals and compliance requirements that can make it difficult to get new ideas and projects approved. It also makes timelines for everyday projects longer.
