Pros

Flexible to work from home on occasion (which is new), nice campus, fitness center and there are good benefits.

Cons

Say development and advancement are priority, but seek from the outside. Leadership doesn't talk straight with employees, they talk about each other behind backs. And those who cheat and are unethical get rewarded with advancement opportunities.

Pros

At times, you can pick your own schedule within their time-frame. As long as your hours are in, that is all that matters.

Cons

You have to work within their busiest hours. When I began to create my school schedule they were extremely unwilling to work with me. So I made my school schedule around work and then I was offered an internship and they refused to work with my internship training schedule.

Pros

Discover has great benefits, and decent pay. The people that work here are wonderful, so HR has a great sense of someone it seems.

Cons

Micro managing, they fire tons of people, constantly. So you have to stay on your toes. The work is boring.
