      -- Fantastic top executive management, especially CEO David Nelms and his direct reports -- Beautiful campus in Riverwoods headquarters, now with offices in downtown Chicago too -- Superior stock performance over time

      Cons

      -- A few entrenched, arrogant VPs are easily threatened and will freeze out new talent -- Too much bureaucracy, committees, and top-down approach to management within the functions

      Pros

      Matches 6% on 401K, 90% tuition reimbursement, multiple health benefit packages, full gym, and full service cafe in building. This company is huge on employee recognition. They encourage employees to recognize their peers. In my experience, management will do whatever it takes to see you succeed. If they see that you are not doing well in one position, they will work to get you into the right position within the company. Everyone is very approachable, even senior management.

      Cons

      You must remain in your position for a year before moving to different position. Need a degree for most upper level management positions.
