Pros

Great place to work with excellent pay while in college. Most departments in SLC will work with you and your school schedule which is fantastic. Great benefits package. Nice facility wit nice computer equipment to work with.

Cons

Terrible at promoting from within. If you are a phone rep you are likely to stay a phone rep for a really long time unless you quit for a time and then come back to the company. I don't really understand it but for many managment positions they hire very little from within the company. They say they are all about developing your career and want to make it a place to promote from within but I have rarely witnessed it. There is a huge fear of black listing yourself if you ever speak out against upper management.
