Pros

Bonuses, Employee Lunches, Recognition, Giveaways. Super easy way to make money, always offering overtime, you make money just by meeting your goals or having a great calls.

Cons

Everything you do is monitored down to the minute, management is constantly on you about goals, SUPER boring. If you can stand being on the phone for your whole shift and having the same conversation a million times and able to deal with rude cardmembers then this jobs for you.

Pros

Discover gives any training you need to be successful, then they promote from within. They have expanded on their perks while other companies have done away with benefits. Discover recently added a program where we work with Franklin University and provide free college to select employees. This is in addition to our tuition reimbursement program. We recently added virtual doctors visits, so you can be diagnosed and sent a prescription on the phone or on line. We're currently expanding our work at home force, so you can work at home for Discover virtually all over the country.

Cons

It's not really a con, but you have to be motivated to succeed. If you want to just come in and take up space, this is not the job for you. You need to be driven and want to contribute to making the customer experience positive and beneficial.

Pros

I like my co-workers and the company has a strong management team. The company also pays extremely well for the positions offered. There is room for advancement within the department and company.

Cons

There are a multitude of systems which do not interact making finding internal information time consuming. The IT department and access control to gain access to systems needs to be developed further.
