Pros

I have worked in many teams, some teams are good and they value your skills.. if you have to join Discover, prefer business side..

Cons

most of the teams on technology side.. I have worked in many companies, this is first place where a project manager can become senior architect overnight... promotions are based on your connections rather than skill set..

Pros

Great location Beautiful campus Fitness Center!!! Genuinely great people to work with Ethical management Love the PTO!!!

Cons

"Dead weight" is allowed to linger Occasional gross misalignment of managers to teams Too many analytical numbers geeks who don't/can't think creatively or innovatively NOTHING is ever launched on time -- truly a "hurry-up-and-wait" environment during which time, our competition almost always beats us out the door with a better product
