Pros

Great friends, great benefits. Fast growing company with a lot of chance to grow. competitive salary with tuition reimbursement is a great perk!

Cons

long hours some mean people but overall not too bad. less outbound calls and more incentive would have been nice.

Pros

Discover is a growing company, but still holds onto the small business culture. It is really nice to be able to function within your business unit while still making a relatively significant impact on the company's direction.

Cons

As in all corporate jobs, employees are given ample time to complete their required tasks. With no hard deadlines, meetings and presentations are frequently postponed or rescheduled.
