      Now what they used to be - -more focused on results and insane growth than people

      Pros

      -- they are innovative -- the company will do well financially for years to come - they have an incredibly strong/loyal customer -- benefits are solid

      Cons

      -- more focused on results than behaviors -- Workload is really high - expectations are unrealistic -- CEO has strong views of how things should be done regardless of what employees think or care about

      Pros

      Working from home, getting off early when it's slower, weekly meetings / activities. Really good benefits and PTO.

      Cons

      Can't catch a breath, taking almost 200 calls a day, you will be criticized for logging off the phone to go to the bathroom, etc. Most PTO will be used just from being drained from the job. They hold promotions / non phone time over your head to stay but that takes years.
