      Pros

      Laid back place, great team and coworkers. Stress level is very low. As long as you get the job done you are given freedom.

      Cons

      In normal operation really no cons. But the merger has been tough with uncertainty.

      Pros

      Great coworkers, a very tight-knit team amongst peers. If you work for a good AE, you will get exposure to good agency connections

      Cons

      Upper management promotes based on friendships and not performance. There is no reward for doing your job well. The only way to move up is to play the proverbial "game."

      Pros

      I enjoyed the office desks.

      Cons

      There is a fire - rehire culture. There is no room for progression. Toxic work environment. Boss was only given the job as he was previously mates with another VP. Very chaotic, needs fresh mindset. Long hours - not great benefits. Culture is very outdated. Very bad HR, aren't there for you. Manager was very out for herself and wouldn't ever share things she was working on. Was a very secretive department, for no good reason.
