Pros

They offer flexible hours to suit workload and private commitments, reasonable pay, excellent benefits, fantastic offices with a laid back culture and approach.

Cons

The office location is not central London, poor internal communication can be frustrating, as with all US led companies they tend to forget the rest of the world exists.

Pros

Cons

-No oppurtunity for job advancement. Higher positions are filled with people who are not qualified but are friends with the managers. -Never get raises. Always promised a yearly raise but it never comes. -Favortism plays a huge role in this company. Those who are liked more for discriminatory reasons are treted better, allowed to do what they like.
