Pros

The brand looks good on your resume, and there's interesting programming that I would like to watch, occaisonally. Also, there seems to be some support within individual teams.

Cons

EXTREMELY corporate, very clear separation of digital and TV sales, and it was clear to me from the beginning that as a temp employee, the chances of me being able to move up to a permanent position were slim. The processes are a mess, and outdated, and there's a clear lack of commincation about the workings of your department. Someone could leave, or start and no one would be the wiser.
