Pros

Good benefits. Pleasant place to reside. Amenities close by. Central London 25 mins away by tube. Friendly atmosphere in general. Lots of developmental opportunities. Has a (slightly) subsidized canteen. Good for flexible working times, if you have children for instance.

Cons

Very American in structure. Not the most creative place. HR absolutely stink. Your career can be derailed if you have a bad manager- but that is same anywhere I guess. Only certain teams are social and value strong friendships. If you are not in these cliques, you will struggle to win favour.
