Pros

Benefits are awesome! Exciting, fast-paced environment. TV in your cube/office. Some really talented/creative people. Yearly bonus and pay raise based on performance. You'll learn a lot.

Cons

Compensation just ok for DC area. Lots and lots of meetings. Depending on your job function and department, you can be invisible with few opportunities. They're always restructuring and laying people off. Constant changing of supervisors. Promotion favoritism. Management promotes the popular kids, not the kids that do their homework. Credit for your good work/ideas might go to your manager. Credit for manager's poor work/ideas might go to you. Not a fair work environment - some people get perks that others don't. Work/Life balance no longer a priority since they went public. Hard work valued less than outgoing personalities - if you're a fun, funny, happening person you can slack off while continuing to get promotions and perks.

Pros

Cons

-No oppurtunity for job advancement. Higher positions are filled with people who are not qualified but are friends with the managers. -Never get raises. Always promised a yearly raise but it never comes. -Favortism plays a huge role in this company. Those who are liked more for discriminatory reasons are treted better, allowed to do what they like.
