      Pros

      Great maternity benefits! Decent pay for this department, compared to other companies. Bonus incentive which is nice.

      Cons

      Not parent friendly. Will not allow employees to work from home, unless they are managers or directors. Too many politics and promotions have little to do with skill and more to do with personality. Dead end job with no room for growth. Too many women, which leads to a lot of gossip. Treated like children by upper management. Disposable position. Doesn't matter how good you are at the job, they will replace you without an issue. Morale sucks!!

      Cool brand. Good work-life balance. Pretty good for remote employees.

      Cons

      Like most big media companies trying to change to digital, they haven't figured out how to make money online. So they hire and fire a lot - apparently thinking a new set of managers will be better this time. Then they do mass layoffs to bring in their own teams. Survive it if you can.
