Line Manager and previous senior manager (before her replacement) was lovely and very supportive
Cons
Started at beginning of lockdown and no support when manager left for maternity. When confronted was then put on a PIP as punishment. Senior Management and HR are a bunch of RACISTS and if you have a bereavement WILL NOT SUPPORT YOU. Forget working here if you have children and study no work life balance! YOU WILL NOT PROGRESS THERE NO PROMO NO PAY RAISE!! My opinion leave if you already work there and DON’T except a job offer if you don’t already, I promise you will regret it. Culture is outdated, like the staff, need a whole revamp. Fire and re hire
