Competative Salary for some. Most employees make it a pleasant place to work and the residence make it a rewarding.

Cons

Management could use some guidence. Some know their duty because they've worked in the industry for a long time. Others are like car salespeople and need to take ownership of their teams.

The truly exceptional VP Ops West Division Nicole Gasaway is at the core of a tsunami of spirited culture that celebrates genuine participative leadership, critical thinking, transparency, teamwork, accountability and humankindness.

Cons

Some in leadership roles are unwilling to execute on tactics necessary to evolve from being really good operators to being truly great operators and are not confident enough to lean into the wind and drive true change needed.
