Free food, drinks, nice residences

Cons

Management was unprofessional, the new person does all the work, servers kiss up to have more breaks and do nothing. I really suggest you do not work for the Lewisville Texas one they step all over you.

Modern clean facility thou nurse techs need more respect

Pros

Middle level managers listen during weekdays. Meals are tasty and are provided free to staff. Most residence are kind and respectful. Facility is not too old and is modern and clean in independent living and assisted living areas.

Cons

Inconsistent oversight on weekend causing hella stress for nurse techs. Health care benefits too expensive to purchase for the rest of my family. PPE supplies many not be available when needed...bring your own.
