Leaving and going somewhere else that is ethical.

Cons

Ceo is a control freak who goes around and buys properties without any concern for employees. Everything is micromanaged by Richard who is impulsive and just cares about being the biggest. There is no infrastructure or support for communities. Pay and benefits are a joke. My manager was good but the rest of this company is one big lie!

I have worked in senior living for over 20 years. Many companies talk about caring about their people (residents and employees) but Discovery real does. A lot of resources are invested to help the team feel appreciated.

Cons

As we grow as a company, some systems that we are familiar with are changing but that is to be expected.
