Pros

Middle level managers listen during weekdays. Meals are tasty and are provided free to staff. Most residence are kind and respectful. Facility is not too old and is modern and clean in independent living and assisted living areas.

Cons

Inconsistent oversight on weekend causing hella stress for nurse techs. Health care benefits too expensive to purchase for the rest of my family. PPE supplies many not be available when needed...bring your own.

The residents are wonderful to work with.

Cons

Everything but the residents we served; poor capitalization, inconsistent, unrealistic and counter-intuitive bonus, salary, and wage structures.
