Pros

People are awesome - respectful, open, collaborative, focused. Management cares about the company culture and walks the talk. Product meets a clear need and is technically sound.

Cons

You get to wear a lot of different hats. Wait - that's a Pro! Covid causing disruptions, but that's the same everywhere.
