Cast drama at times. Guests thinking they own the place.

Pros

- the autonomy to make magic for guests - if you talk to the right managers, they’ll help you progress your career - free park tickets - for the most part, a fun work environment if you can handle the occasional awful guest

Cons

- underpaid - how long it takes to park and get to your work location… I lived 10 minutes away but had to leave 1 hour before my shift start time - if you don’t get approved for a move/transfer, you don’t get any feedback as to how you could improve your chances for the next time
