Pros

You're very much in control of how much you challenge yourself and how much you want to learn. Teams are supportive of new ideas you suggest and implement. Weekly team lunches are great because you very quickly become familiar and comfortable talking to everyone in the office.

Cons

Sometimes it can feel like people aren't driven or motivated.
