Colleagues are professional and current in teaching practices. Students tend to work hard. Training and workshops are encouraged. District attempts to service all students to the best of their ability.

Pros

Very interested in making teachers better and reinvesting in them. Pay is one of the best in the nation and benefits are outstanding (very low cost).

Cons

You will work very hard and many nights here. Not much different than other teaching positions, it is just part of the job.
