They have a relaxed dress code. ....

Cons

No Employee application, no raises, benefits are double what they were prior to the merger (GMAC/Green Tree and now Ditech), provide a Work/Life balance and allow staff to work from home....Management has said to staff "If you don't like it here you may want to find somewhere else to work"... Extremely high Turnover, Unrealistic Expectation, Horrible Internal Customer Service (starting with management to sales)
