Pros

H1 and GC paper work is good.

Cons

Health Insurance is costly and the coverage is not so good but average. Getting the next assignment is hard at Diversant. Also, Employment and H1 will be terminated the very next day if the current assignment ends and you don't have offer for the second assignment before it ends.
