Pros

Great people to work with, great environment to work in, good pay. Fantastic work life balance. Great CEO

Cons

We barely had work to do due to the fact that work was not well distributed across the engineers or they did not have enough work.

Good pay, a ton of traveling, and decent culture. Limited to commissioning work only

Pros

Very good pay and good bonus structure. If you like to travel you will love working here 200+ days a year on the road.

Cons

If you don't like to travel this is not for you. Vast majority of work is commissioning package sortation systems. Almost no design work which limits you on gaining technical experience. Limited upward mobility.
