There’s no good reason to work for this company unless you’re really strapped for money and need insurance.

Cons

If you’re a person of color, please avoid this company at all costs. They will underpay you and overwork you. If you’ll complain about needing assistance, they will gaslight you that you’re not good enough. Their white employees have 70% less tasks and 20% more pay for the same role compared to their poc employees also their white employees get all sorts of assistance within months of joining the company.
