No work reviews, no raises, no career path. Too many acquisitions, resulting in total confusion. Pre-Covid- People get laid off including long term employees ( 10 years +) with no explanations, no severance, medical coverage cancelled immediately and no help with any transition. Toxic work culture, where they expect engineers and project Managers to work crazy hours with no overtime because they are spread so thin . Upper management and HR does not care about regular employees. Lousy medical and benefits package. Constantly chasing cheapest insurance coverage

Anyone above the title of Director could care less about the employees! They rob the profit from the company and do not keep there promises to us the front line workers. They told us the 20% reduction they took for Covid would be given back in July now they are changing there story. We cannot afford this and we cannot get unemployment for the shortage. They do not pay us per-diem at the government / GSA rate but charge the government the full rate. Taking a little from us each day. We live in hotels 3 weeks out of the month and they do not care. Very disappointing for a Billion Dollar Company.
