Inefficiency at its finest

Pros

Steady company growth, mostly fun employees with great senses of humor, generally flexible work environment. Free coffee. That's about all.

Cons

Where to start? Well, the recent 5 star review was probably written by management in an attempt to increase the average rating. The themes in previous reviews are alarmingly accurate. Clique mentality, Former CRI employees are favored and more likely to get promoted. Knowledge is not passed around. Fingers pointed. No one takes accountability. Nothing has changed! Moral is low in every department. Salaries (unless you are favored) are well below the national average in an area with a high cost of living. The previous reviewer that said they take advantage of people between jobs and low ball offers is true. The company is spread out between 4 buildings and several warehouses. There's not enough parking for everyone and people double and triple park each other. Need to leave work quickly? Good luck finding the person who is blocking you in. They might be in another building, or worse, at an off site meeting. There are plans to add yet another building down the street. We don't need another building. We need ONE LARGE building. This would increase efficiency and remove the need to walk or drive to another building for meetings. Training is non-existent and the software used decreases efficiency. Processes aren't documented and no one seems to know what they are.

Pros

Received daily compliments on what a great job I was doing.

Cons

I went out sick and had to take short term disability and they fired me and then lied to the DOL and said I was not able to return to work. I lost my job and my medical benefits, was unable to pay for my medication and unable to claim unemployment.

Pros

None, except for the people that I worked with in the field

Cons

Not worth it, had 8 yrs in with Sensory Technologies, witch was a well respected name in the industry, got bought out by Diversified, lost contracts, they took 20% of our pay, 401k is discretionary, 2 yrs in a row sorry can't match is what we heard, and then we heard rejoice, we just bought another Company, that they couldn't really afford, wait a minute we can buy the company oh, because we didn't pay out no 401K matches, this company is a big joke that does not care about their employees at all

Thank you. Regarding the 20% decrease in pay and lack of retirement match, the company was doing the best it could to navigate the uncertain business climate that the Covid-19 pandemic ushered in. The decisions were difficult but necessary to ensure that people still had a place to work on the other side of it. Since that time, salaries have been brought back up at minimum to their pre-pandemic level. Currently, we are excited to welcome our new CEO Eric Hutto who has made clear that the company will not be seeking any more acquisitions or mergers in the near future. He has also indicated that getting our people taken care of is of utmost concern.
