      Pros

      Good team environment with helpful coworkers. Training was provided fo all equipment. Over time was availability. Management was generally fair. Safety protocol were strictly followed

      Cons

      Long working hours without much flexibility. Limited chances for promotion or career growth. Some equipment outdated and unreliable. Pay could be better for the workload. Occasional communication issues from supervisors.

      Unprofessional General manager - toxic and a bully

      Pros

      Union workers are extremely hard working and polite.

      Cons

      The General Manager is clinically bully. He abuses everyone right from unionized team members upto management. He doesn't have any filter. Multiple times physically abused people. Thw culture is highly toxic. The HR himself is highly toxic and is pretty similar to the villains in the movies. Spending most of the working hours in planning against the staff who use their brain and wish to make things better. There's no system or SOP and highly pressurizing environment. No significant benefits or resources to help you do your job. When they use you they throw you.
