They have a really rewarding sales bonus scheme and most sales agents get a Fam trip abroad at least once a year.

Pros

Meet people from all over the world, made some friends with some co workers.

Cons

Chaotic Scheduling and Management. No Chain of Command. Hiring unqualified staff. Friction between passenger service agents and certain airline staff. Severely disorganized.
