      bad wages bad shifts treated like s..t health and safety when it suits the company other times goes out the window rubbish uniform if it don,t fit that,s your problem management don,t want to know about any issues as long as the work gets done poor equipment rather spend money on signs than on essential equipment its a disgrace cannot get holiday even if you give a years notice sick pay is a joke and if you get ill you would be better of dying otherwise you will be on review

      Pros

      Being part of the emirates group is full of benefits. Having the challenge to understand. Live and work together with hundreds of different nationalities. Living in Dubai and the surrounding areas and facilities

      Cons

      To many restructures . And to many senior management changes that change the direction of the company ever 2 to 4 years . In the early days the staff welfare was looked after by the company. Sorry to say this has changed and is a risk due if you lose you job you and you family lose the right to live in the country
