ability to get tickets and discounts ant time of the year

If you are trying to apply for this company I would advise you to look somewhere else, unless you are one of the following: UAE national (plenty of development and a lot money as the company belongs to Dubai government).British national (regardless your education/experience/work you will get promoted very quickly). Going for senior/management position then you are fine. unemployed with no other options. Otherwise I suggest not to even try specially for entry positions as you would spend 5-10 years doing the same thing with same poor salary, I am sure you will see a lot of positive reviews with 5 stars but believe me they are unrealistic.

Pros

Part of Emirates group. Have lot of young people. Nothing good to write about dnata India as not found single reason to work for this company in long run.

Cons

India Top management is not worth. Worst people management skill. Too much office politics. Too much pressure on single employee. Overextended working hours everyday. Mumbai office is a coffee shop for top management which is used as a fun place n torture to junior employee. Unprofessional culture. Very high attrition rate because of system and dump people specially Mumbai top management. Rewards of people who sit late by doing nothing but torture employee who sincerely work entire day by giving more and more work. Very less pay. Hardly anything as increment. Salary gets debits even it's system glitch.

well the benefits of being one of Emirates airline group

Cons

from my experience mangers there are very talented in demotivation ... no body gets punished no body gets awarded ... who works equal who doesn't ... some departments are not organised ... salaries comparing with others agencies are less
