Pros

I am able to work from home the majority of the time. I also get to experience dealing with big groups of people, and also being able to handle different task that truly has grown my skill set that would prepare me for any type of operations.

Cons

The company lacks communication and transparency with their employees. It's also not real full time, it's a minimum of 32hrs a week and not 40hrs.
