Pros
A good company for experienced IT professionnals which have an expertise in dematerialization technologies. Docapost BPO's is attached to Groupe La Poste which gives great opportunities to train in automated documents generation or paper mails routing.
Cons
Like a large part of old french companies coming from the public sector, due to the presenteeism based management it's nearly impossible to get a good balance between private and professionnal life. This old fashioned management leads to a young talents run away leaving an ageing staff.
